Tiffany Rolfe serves as the Global Chief Creative Officer at R/GA. As Global Chief Creative Officer, she leads a cross-disciplinary team that creates at the intersections of storytelling, media & technology. She is known for developing strategic creative solutions across channels & platforms that lead to business growth & most importantly, societal impact. Tiffany has helped elevate R/GA to the number two spot on Ad Age’s Agency A-List & Webby’s agency of the year. She has led award-winning creative work for Reddit’s “Superb Owl”, Verizon’s 5G Fortnite stadium, & Sephora’s Black Beauty is Beauty.
Prior to joining R/GA, Tiffany served as Chief Content Officer & Partner at one of the first agency and consultancy hybrids, co: collective. At co, she led the brand refresh for the ACLU, the Puma sneakers & Jay-Z collaboration & the first Global YouTube campaign introducing up-and-coming “YouTubers”. She has held leadership positions at Crispin Porter+Bogusky, where she served as the VP, and Executive Creative Director. She led the organization’s growth, created award-winning work for MINI Cooper, VW, Old Navy, & drove the company to be named Ad Age’s “Agency of the Decade”. Her most notable work for Bolthouse Farms’ Baby Carrots was on the cover of The New York Times and quoted by Michelle Obama.
Tiffany’s work has been featured across Ad Age, Adweek, Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, & The New York Times. Her work has earned awards at every major creative & effectiveness competition, including Best of Show at One Show, Grand Prix and Titanium Lions at Cannes, & a Grand Clio. Tiffany was named one of Ad Age’s “Women to Watch” and nominated for Ad Age’s Chief Creative Officer. She is on the board of The One Club, the Webby’s, and is a member of Facebook’s Creative Council, D&AD Impact Council, the Ad Council, and a signing member of Times Up Advertising.
