After working as Head of Production at Rokkit, a division of Stink Films, Luke founded FRIEND in 2012. He has helped develop many of the top names in commercials and music videos, winning D&AD pencils and a Cannes Grand Prix along the way. He continues to focus on new talent alongside more established names, and has a deep knowledge of strategy and production.
