Luiza Villaça is a Brazilian film director, with a degree in cinema, performing arts and a postgraduate degree in screenwriting.
In 2019 she makes her commercials directing debut and her first award-winning advertising film taking home 3 Lions at Cannes Festival, Best Direction award at El Ojo Festival and also at the CICLOPE Latino Festival, same festival that recognized her with the Best New Talent Award.
From there on, other award-winning projects in advertising, short films and music videos were made, but even more important than that: always working and creating on projects that are aiming to leave a legacy, to provoke people’s feelings and test the boundaries of human reactions through audiovisual, being transformative and social responsible.
