In the case the proof is not presented in due time it will be automatically disqualified.

h) Pieces which have participated in previous editions of the Festival are not able to participate, without exceptions.

j) The organization (and not the jury), has the right to move the pieces to a different category from the one where it was registered at its sole discretion when it considers it necessary, without the need of communicating it previously.

k) The pieces must be registered in the exact form they were publically broadcasted or projected. They must not, under any circumstances, be modified to be registered in the Festival, except for their English subtitles.

l) The Director´s Cut or special reductions will not be considered suitable for the Festival and that´s why they cannot participate.

m) With the goal of promoting the Festival, the organization is authorized to project or publish the registered pieces free or charged in public or private presentations, or where the organization considers it appropriate, without the need of any type of compensation to third parties.

n) The participant declares to own the projection rights of the work. The participant also holds the festival harmless from all third party claims both from individuals or companies.

In the case the organization confirmed that the piece does not comply with the before mentioned requirements, or any other expressed in the present rules and conditions, at its sole discretion it will have the right to automatically remove or disqualify the piece without the need of compensation or severance pay to the participating company or person.
