What a three days! On November 8, 9 and 10, we have had three sold out days of epic speakers, talks, screenings and excellence in craft, coupled with the very best in networking. Over 700 producers, creatives, marketers and directors took part, met old and new friends, celebrated the best films of the year in a friendly atmosphere.

The line-up included Academy Award winning and legendary director Spike Lee, Andrew Thomas Huang, director of some of the most memorable Björk´s music videos, Lauren Greenfield, Girl Culture films, David Lee, CCO Squarespace US, Lynsey Atkin, 4Creative UK, Executive Creative Director and Matthew Fone, Owner Riff Raff Films and directing duo Rubberband, among others. The talks will be available online soon!

A week before, the jury chose -among more than 1,000 entries- the most well-crafted works of the year. Around 90 entries were recognised. Burberry’s “Open Spaces” and “Cash In Cash Out” by Pharrell, 21 Savage and Tyler, the Creator, have been named as the Grand Prix winners. You can check the complete list of winners HERE!

Visual Effects Company of the Year: Electric Theatre Collective

Editing Company of the Year: Final Cut

Animation Company of the Year: The Mill

Sound Company of the Year: String and Tins

Music Company of the Year: Stare Crazy and Supreme Music

Agency of the Year: Droga5

In 2021, CICLOPE got back to Berlin with an amazing live event at Kino International. In 2022, the festival fully dedicated  to film craft in advertising, music videos and shortfilm will take place on November 8, 9 & 10. Join us in Berlin!
